With our philosophy of quality, safe material choices, and attention to detail comes our warranty.

We offer you a 10-year warranty on our furniture. An advantage for you as a customer, making your purchase even more secure.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It is valid from the product’s original purchase date.

To be valid, the product must be correctly assembled according to the assembly instructions, and the general maintenance guidelines must have been followed.

Bathroom furniture that has been exposed to direct contact with running or standing water is not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover defects caused by external impact, normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or improper cleaning.

Defective parts will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product from the current range. Any assembly costs will not be reimbursed. Water and electrical installations must be carried out by professionals and comply with the Building Regulations. Otherwise, the recommendations of the consumer warranty apply.

The warranty is valid upon presentation of the original receipt/purchase order.
