What personal data does Haven System AB store and why?
In connection with your contact with Haven System AB, we collect and process information provided to us. Some of this information may contain personal data and is used for the purposes below.
During sales and delivery
Haven System AB registers a contact person on its corporate customers' customer cards. We then store the contact person's name, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for us to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, such as ordering products, complaints, or other service matters.
When ordering from a corporate customer with direct delivery to a private person, Haven System AB saves the name, delivery address, and phone number to be able to deliver the order. Phone number and email address are only used for notification purposes.
Some sales to private individuals occur at Haven System AB, such as employee purchases at Haven System AB's corporate customers. Haven System AB then saves the name, address, and any private email address and phone number to be able to deliver the order. Email address and phone are only used for invoicing, order acknowledgment, and notification.
When picking up goods from our warehouse, Haven System AB asks for identification and saves the personal number on the order in our business system. This has proven necessary to safely conduct service with pickup from the warehouse and to be able to confirm the correct identity. The personal number is only used to identify the individual on the relevant order and is deleted after this purpose has ceased.
When contacting us
When you contact us via, for example, phone and email, we save the contact details you provide so that we can respond to your inquiry and contact you.
If you are applying for a job at Haven System AB, we will process the information you provide to us that is relevant for recruitment purposes. If it is an ongoing recruitment process, we will save your personal data for the duration of the current recruitment process. If we want to save your personal data for future recruitment needs, we will ask for your consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and Haven System AB will then no longer store your personal data for recruitment purposes.
